Refund & Returns Policy

At Bhavyaa Arts, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in delivering premium handcrafted products, including jewellery, handicrafts, handmade paintings, leather goods, and vintage watches. As many of our products are handcrafted and unique, please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive a defective product.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • The product is significantly different from the item ordered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, certificates (if applicable), invoices, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Made-to-order items
  • Gift cards
  • Products showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share your order number.
  • Provide clear photographs of:
    • The product
    • The packaging
    • The shipping label
  • Our support team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

4. Return Approval Process

Once your return request is received:

  1. Our team will verify the information provided.
  2. If approved, return instructions will be shared.
  3. After the returned product is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Bhavyaa Arts reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

5. Refund Policy

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect products received

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or suitable alternative may be offered.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

For customized or made-to-order products, cancellation may not be possible once production has begun.

8. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • Our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Bhavyaa Arts will assist with or bear the applicable return shipping costs where appropriate.
  • A customer-initiated return that is otherwise eligible, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges unless stated otherwise.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products.

9. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may not be approved if:

  • The product has been used or altered.
  • The product is returned without original packaging or accessories.
  • The return request is made after the eligible return period.
  • The product is damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
